Refund policy

Pre-order items: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

After production has started, cancellations and refunds for a change of mind are not available, except where required by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact germainekeita16@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once the damage has been verified, you may choose between a replacement at no additional cost or a refund for the damaged item. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
