Terms of Service — GRUMPY BABIES

These terms apply to purchases and use of the GRUMPY BABIES online store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order.

Products

Our products are pre-order / made-to-order items. Each blind box contains one mystery protective case compatible with AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd generation), along with the accessories listed on the product page. It is not a set of three cases. AirPods and their charging case are not included. The character is a surprise and cannot be selected when purchasing a mystery box.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. Prices are displayed in USD. Your order total, including any shipping charges and taxes applied at checkout, is shown before you submit your order.

When you select our manual PayPal payment method, submitting an order does not complete payment. Follow the payment instructions provided, pay the exact order total and include your order number in the payment note. Your order remains awaiting payment until receipt of funds has been verified. Payment confirmation is sent by email within 24 hours of verification. Never send card details by email.

Production and delivery

Estimated total delivery time is 7–21 days from the date of your order, including production and shipping transit. Processing begins after payment has been verified. Late payment may delay processing and delivery. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Please consult our Shipping Policy for further information.

Cancellations and damaged items

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund of any payment received. After production has started, cancellations and refunds for a change of mind are not available, except where required by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once the damage has been verified, you may choose a replacement at no additional cost or a refund for the damaged item. Contact us before returning an item. Use of the store and privacy

You must not use this store for unlawful activity, fraud or interference with its operation. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
